FACULTY MEMBERS
Responsibilities:
- Teach any of the following Hospitality subjects: Hospitality Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Law, Hospitality Accounting, Hospitality Security, Convention & Events Management, Hospitality Supervision, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Front Office Operations, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Services
- Teach any of the following Tourism subjects: World Destinations, Domestic Destinations, International Fare Structure, Lifestyle Tourism, Group Travel Design & Marketing, Total Client Management, Professional Selling Skills, Tour Guiding, Airline Industry, Accommodations, Marine Transportation, Airline Reservation System
Qualifications:
- Previous professional experience with reputable tourism and hospitality-related enterprises such as hotels, restaurants, MICE facilities, travel agencies, and airlines
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
- Previous teaching experience is not required.
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement marketing initiatives
- Represent the brand in various events
- Secure partnership with various institutions
- Recruit enrollees and participants for the various courses offered by the institute
Qualifications:
- Aggressive and self-driven
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Willing to work on Saturdays
CAREER PLACEMENT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hotels and tourism establishments for the students' internship
- Ensure that every student complies with all the internship requirements
- Provide career guidance
- Conduct career development training
- Monitor alumni's professional progress
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in reputable hotels, resorts or other tourism-related establishments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent coordination skills
ACCOUNTING STAFF
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bookkeeping/accounting tasks
- Prepare financial reports
- Reconcile financial records
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in bookkeeping
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiar with government requirements
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Manage academic and student affairs
- Manage faculty-related matters
- Oversee daily operations of the school
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in managing an office or business
- Excellent management and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
I.T STAFF / GRAPHIC ARTIST
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Design facebook posts, flyers, tarpaulins and other marketing collaterals
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts or other related courses
- Previous graphic design and/or I.T. support staff experience
