This course covers all aspects of professional housekeeping services needed by hotels, resorts and cruise ships. The modules cover identification of housekeeping equipment and cleaning products, systematic cleaning procedures, hotel-standard guest room preparation, laundry and linen services, and general maintenance of hotel and resort premises, among others.
